Registering a sale transaction in the free Junto Portfolio Tracker is simple. We do it just like the first two steps in registering a purchase transaction.
Let’s say we wish to sell half of our shares in Euro Ventures GmbH at the current price of 210 EUR.
Step 1: Register the Transaction
We register the following line in the Transactions tab.
Step 2: Register the Cash Flow
We register an incoming cash flow from the sale since our cash increases when the shares are sold. Therefore, we register the following line in the Cash Register tab.
